Gig Collective helps musicians track venues and contacts, manage a booking outreach pipeline, send and track booking emails, and coordinate availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change over time.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you will not:
Emails you send through the Service are sent from your own account and are your responsibility.
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Features that connect to Google (Gmail, Calendar) require your authorization and are subject to Google's terms. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Our use of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in bookings. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated drafts before sending.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gig Collective and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
